Dosage and Directions

Oral Liquid

Adults: Take 1-2 ml (20-40 drops) in 150-200 ml of water, two or three times a day, right after large meals.

Ointment

Spread a thin coat of the ointment from the darker to the lighter skin, once or twice a day. After that, let the skin catch a little light: get safe sun by starting at 5 minutes, and then add 2 minutes each week until you reach 20 minutes.
