How to Use (Dosage)

• Take 1 to 2 tablets in the morning and evening.
• Mix with mishri (rock sugar). Take with lukewarm milk or honey, then drink a glass of milk.
• For better results, crush the tablet or chew it.
• Or use as advised by an Ayurvedic physician.
• While using, you can take 25 ml (2 to 3 spoons) of Ashwagandharishta after food, mixed with an equal amount of water.
• For adult men only. Not for children.
• Do not take more than the advised dose.
• This product contains Bhasma, purified Parad and Bhang. Use it under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic physician.

Diet Tips (Pathya)

• Helpful foods: Wheat, barley, sathi rice, masoor, chana and urad. Milk, ghee, butter, malai, mishri and sweet curd. Khoya sweets, raisins, munakka, grapes, pomegranate, almonds, pistachio, mosambi, parwal, tomato and banana.
