How to Use (Dosage)

• Adults: 125 mg to 250 mg, twice a day.
• Take it with 375 mg of Pippali churna and ginger juice, mixed with honey.
• Or take it with another anupan, as advised by an Ayurvedic physician.
• Younger age: 32 mg to 64 mg only, as advised by an Ayurvedic physician.
• Take only under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic physician.
• Do not take more than the advised dose.
• This product contains Bhasma, purified Parad and Vatsnabh.
• Pregnant and nursing women should ask a physician before use.
• Diet and lifestyle: follow your physician’s advice.
