Each 5 g of Ghrit is processed with Murcchit Goghrita 5 g and Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri, whole plant, fresh juice) 20 g. Kalka (herbal paste) of the following, 0.41 g each: Vacha (Acorus calamus, rhizome), Kushta (official substitute: Inula racemosa, root) and Shankhpushpi (Convolvulus pluricaulis, whole plant). How to Use (Dosage)
- Take 6 to 12 g (1 to 2 teaspoons) in the morning, in the evening, or at bedtime.
- Take it with warm milk, or as directed by your Ayurvedic physician.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
