How to Use (Dosage)

1. Sit quietly in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor for 5 minutes before checking.

2. Wrap the cuff snugly around your bare upper left arm, about 1 to 2 cm above your elbow joint, following the Cuff Wrapping Guide.

3. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is at the same level as your chest, press the START/STOP button, and remain still until the reading appears on the screen.
