How to Use (Dosage)

• Standard Quantity: 0.5 ratti (approximately 62.5 mg) in divided doses, or strictly as advised by an Ayurvedic practitioner.

• Preparation Steps: Take a little fresh basil (Tulsi) leaf juice and/or honey on the rubbing stone (Sahan) provided inside the pack. Place the Pottali in its holder with its fine end pointed down and gently rub it in a clockwise direction to make a smooth paste.

• How to Take: Collect the paste in a spoon and take it along with basil leaf juice and honey, or as guided by your Ayurvedic advisor.

• Care After Use: Ensure that the Sahan is neatly cleaned before and after each use. Allow the Pottali to dry completely before putting it back into its original packing.
