RETURNS & REFUNDS

We Ayush Pharmacy, strive to give very best shopping experience with us. In case of any problem or damage or quality issue with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 48 hours of delivery. You can reach us on admin@ayushpharmacy.com with the reason of the return or call us.

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per the description on our website, or units are missing as per the ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at admin@ayushpharmacy.com or WhatsApp on +91 9026950005 within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue a full refund.

📦 Mandatory Packet Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure transparency and facilitate swift resolution of claims, customers are required to record a packet unboxing video at the time of delivery. This video must clearly show:

The unopened package

The process of opening the package

The contents received

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect products will only be accepted if supported by a valid unboxing video. Without this video evidence, no return, replacement, or refund request will be entertained.

Please note that replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product. Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.

Refund will be processed within 7 working days subject to product inspection. You may return most new, unopened items within 5-7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product (shipping cost will be deducted). We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 The customer must pay reverse shipping fees if they choose to return the product for any reason, such as ordering the incorrect item or deciding they no longer need it. These fees may vary based on the customer's location or the product's weight, among other factors. 

Shipping charges/duties and tax, if any, are non-refundable.
