How to Use (Dosage)

• Adults: 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening.
• Take it with ginger juice (adrak ras) and honey.
• Your physician may suggest a different anupan (taken with) based on your needs.
• For better results, crush the tablet or chew it.
• Children: Give only a small dose (one-fourth ratti), as advised by an Ayurvedic physician.
• Take only under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic physician.
• Do not take more than the advised dose.
• This product contains Bhasma, purified Parad and purified Haritala.
